
Heating function Application
ECO Roasting When you use this function during cooking, it
allows you to optimize the energy consump‐
tion. To get more information about the recom‐
mended settings, refer to the cooking tables
with the equivalent function (Turbo Grilling).
Frozen Foods To make convenience food like e.g. french
fries, potatoe wedges or spring rolls crispy.
Grilling To grill flat food and to toast bread.
Fast Grilling To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast
bread.
Turbo Grilling To roast larger meat joints or poultry with
bones on 1 shelf position. Also to make gratins
and to brown.
Steam Regenerating Food reheating with steam prevents surface
drying, providing heat in a gentle and even
way, recovering taste and aroma of food as
just prepared. This function can be used to re‐
heat food directly on the plate. You can reheat
more than one plate at the same time, using
different shelf positions.

Bread Baking To bake bread.
Au Gratin For dishes such as lasagna or potato gratin. Al‐
so to gratinate and brown.
Dough Proving For controlled rising of yeast dough before bak‐
ing.
Plate Warming To preheat plates for serving.
Preserving To make vegetable preserves such as pickles.
Drying To dry sliced fruit (e.g. apples, plums, peach‐
es) and vegetables (e.g. tomatoes, zucchini,
mushrooms).
