• Wide load hopper. A piston presses the vegetables

against the slicing discs ensuring an even cut

• The loading of long shaped vegetables (carrots,

zucchini, cucumbers etc.) is through the special

cylindrical opening in the piston itself (52 mm)

• High discharge zone permits the use of containers

up to 175 mm

• The bowl, twin blade rotor and cover of the cutter

are fitted directly onto the drive shaft in place of the

“Fresh Cut” equipment

• A safety microswitch stops the machine if the

hopper/lid is opened during operation; in the event

of a power failure, the cutter will not restart until the

operator presses the start button
