In the unlikely event of any repairs being

out free of charge. In addition, any repairs

If you call us out under the 12 months

guarantee, we endeavour to ﬁx the

appliance within seven working days

of our ﬁrst call.

Backed by the extensive range of spare

parts held by our central warehouse, the

Service Force Network will endeavour to

repair your product in your home within

72 hours of receipt of the original call.**

*NA ﬂoorcare: You may be required to take your ﬂoorcare

product to a local service agent for repair.

**Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. and may not

be available in rural or outlying areas.

Service by appointment

To allow you to plan your day we can offer

an appointment within a 3 hour time period,

when the call is booked two days in

advance.* We can also provide service

outside of ofﬁce hours and Saturday

mornings**
