Off position The appliance is off.

Conventional Cooking To bake and roast food on 1 shelf position.

Bottom Heat To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to preserve

food.

Light Cooking To bake in tins and dry on 1 shelf position at a low

temperature.

Grilling To grill flat food and to toast bread.

The maximum temperature for this function is 210

°C.

True Fan Cooking To bake on up to 2 shelf positions at the same time

and to dry food.

Set the temperature 20 - 40 °C lower than for Con-

ventional Cooking.

Defrost To defrost frozen food.
