Problems and remedies

Never do anything to the cooker that could injure people or damage the product. Below

you will find suggestions as to what you can do yourself if there is a problem. If you

need help - contact Service.

Problem Cause/Remedy

The cooker is receiving no power

Check the following:

ï that the

FUSE

FUSES

are in good condition

ï that the

POWER

PLUG

is properly inserted

ï that any

EARTH

FAULT

SWITCH

is turned on

The cooker does not work

Check that the function lock is not

active (see page 10)

It takes a long time to boil or fry

Check that you have chosen a suitable pan

with good heat conductivity and a flat

bottom (see page 24)

The oven lighting does not work

Replace the defective bulb (see page 51)

The door lock does not work

Activate the lock function (see page 11)

The roasting thermometer does not

work

Check that the roasting thermometer is

properly connected in the oven; take it out

and then re-connect it. Programme the

desired temperature (see page 37)

The clock shows the wrong time or does

not work at all

Set the correct time (see page 14)

The signal clock does not work

Programme in a time (see page 30)
