Periodically check the condition of the flexible

pipe of gas connection and make it replaced

by skilled technicians as soon as it shows

abnormalities. Annual replacement is recom-

mended.

Oven lamp replacement

Warning! Disconnect the appliance

from the electricity supply.

If the oven bulb needs replacing, it must

comply with the following specifications:

electric power, 15 W /25 W; electric rate, 230

V (50 Hz); resistant to temperatures of 300

C; connection type: E 14. These bulbs are

available from your local Service Force Cen-

tre.

To replace the faulty bulb:

1. Ensure the oven is disconnected from the

electrical supply.

2. Turn the glass cover anticlockwise.

3. Remove the faulty bulb and replace it with

the new one.

4. Refit the glass cover.

5. Reconnect to the electrical supply.

If the appliance is not working correctly, please carry out the following checks, before con-

tacting your local Service Centre.

Symptoms Solutions

There is no spark when lighting the gas • check that the unit is plugged in and the elec-

trical supply is switched on

• check the mains fuse has not blown

• check the burner cap and crown have been re-

placed correctly, e.g. after cleaning

The gas ring burns unevenly • check the main jet is not blocked and the burner

crown is clear of food particles

• check the burner cap and crown have been re-

placed correctly, e.g. after cleaning

The hotplate does not heat up • check that the unit is plugged in and the elec-

trical supply is switched on

• check the mains fuse has not blown

• check the correct control knob has been turned
