2. USE

• The extractor hood has been de-

signed exclusively for domestic use

to eliminate kitchen smells.

• Never use the hood for purposes other

than for which it has been designed.

• Never leave high naked ames under

the hood when it is in operation.

• Adjust the ame intensity to direct

it onto the bottom of the pan only,

making sure that it does not engulf

the sides.

• Deep fat fryers must be continuously

monitored during use: overheated oil

can burst into ames.

3. CARE AND CLEANING

Warning! The Silence Boost

Technology device is free of

maintenance.

- The Grease lters must be cleaned

every 2 months of operation, or

more frequently for particularly heavy

usage, and can be washed in a

dishwasher (Z).

- Control lights, if present.

• Clean the hood using a damp cloth

and a neutral liquid detergent.

Caution: The connection to 200W

output has to be made by the builder,

by your after- sales service or, in any

case by a qualied person, in order to

avoid any kind of risk.

CALIBRATING THE

“ACTIVE NOISE” SYSTEM

AFTER COMPLETING INSTALLATION

AND CONNECTION TO THE POWER

SUPPLY THE SYSTEM MUST BE

CALIBRATED

• WARNING: Do not turn on the engine and

do not make noise during calibration.

• Press and hold button for 3 seconds.

• Calibration of the system takes 3 minuts,

during which “noises“ will be heard.

• WARNING: After calibrating the system, test

all the hood functions.

Possible Anomalies in the “Active

Noise” system

• If during use the “Active Noise” system does

not work properly and makes strange noises,

contact the Service Department immediately.

• The hood can still be used by Disabling the

“Active Noise” system.
