2 SPEEDS COOLING FAN
The EOC controls the speed of the cooling fan. The cooling fan is activated at low speed during any cooking function and
will remain on until the oven is cools down. The high speed is activated during clean cycles when the temperature is above
approximately 575°F and during a broil or convection broil (some models) if the oven door is open.
