Replacement of the big-rapid

burner injector

1) Remove the plate or glass lid by lifting it from the

relevant brackets;

2) remove the pan supports;

3) unthread the caps, baffles and burner covers;

4) dismount the two lid supports by unscrewing the

relevant fixing screws (fig. 20);

5) lift the working plate slightly from the bottom and

remove it, pushing it towards the front of the cooker;

6) lift the burner mixing tube (Fig. 21 - B), unscrew the

injector (Fig. 21 - A) by means of a no. 7 spanner,

remove and replace it with the proper one (see table

2 - "Nozzles").

For primary air regulation, check the air regulator (fig.

21 - D) is correctly positioned, that is each air port

(Fig. 21 - E) is 3 mm. wide. In case this condition is

not satisfied, undo the fixing screw (Fig. 21 - C) and

turn the air regulator until the measure is correct.

Remount the parts following the operations described in

reverse.

Adjustment of minimum level

of hob burners

To adjust the minimum level:

1) turn the knob to the position of minimum flame;

2) remove the knob (Fig. 22);

3a) in case of conversion from natural gas to LPG, tightly

screw the by-pass pin of the cocks;

3b) when converting from natural gas to town gas,

unscrew the by-pass pin about 3/4 turn;

3c) when converting from LPG to natural gas unscrew

the by-pass pin about 1/4 turn, or a complete turn if

changing from LPG to town gas;

In each case,a regular small flame must be obtained.

Reassemble the parts following the same procedure

backards.

Check that, quickly turning the knob from the maximum

position to the minimum one, the flame does not go out.
