Replacement of oven burner

injector

To replace the oven injector, follow this procedure:

a) remove the bottom of the oven;

b) unscrew screw 1 (fig. 23) and take the oven burner

out;

c) with a socket spanner 7 unscrew and remove the

nozzle, situated in the bottom of the oven, and

replace it with the proper one (see Table 1);

d) reassemble the burner following the same procedu-

re backwards.

Minimum level adjustment for

the oven burner

In models equipped with oven thermostat

After setting the oven on the maximum temperature about

10 minutes long, keeping the oven door closed, turn the

oven knob on 140 and remove the knob.

If converting from LPG to natural gas, unscrew the by-

pass pin (Fig. 22) about 1/2 turn, or two complete turns

if changing to town gas.

If converting to LPG, tightly screw the by-pass pin.

In each case, a small regular flame must be obtained.

Furthermore, check that turning quickly the tap from

maximum position to minimum position, the flame does

not go out.

In model equipped with rond-head by-pass pin

1) take out all the knobs;

2) remove the front panel;

3) adjust the by-pass pin with a thin screwdriver, as

shown in Fig.24.

In each case, a small regular flame must be obtained.

Furthermore, check that turning quickly the tap from

maximum position to minimum position, the flame does

not go out.

Reassemble the front panel and the knobs.

Primary air regulation

No primary air regulationis is needed for oven burners

and hob burners, except for hob big-rapid burner (see

chapter Replacement of the big-rapid burner injector at

page 37.
