When turning on the oven burner

the oven door must be opened.

Make sure that the lid is opened.

When using the oven the lid has to be

opened to avoid over-heating.

3.

Push down the knob for the oven

functions and turn it to the maximum

position. Keep it pushed for approxi-

mately 15 seconds. Do not release it

until the flame comes on.

Pushing the knob down automatically

causes the start of the spark genera-

tor.

If the burner does not come on, or

if it accidentally goes out:

1.

Release the knob and turn it

to the off position.

2.

Open the oven door.

3.

After one minute, try to light

the burner again.

Manual ignition:

If there is no power supply, temporarily.

1.

Open the oven door.

2.

Hold a flame near the hole in the bot-

tom of the oven cavity.

3.

At the same time, push down the

knob for the oven functions and turn it

anti-clockwise to the maximum posi-

tion.

4.

When the flame comes on, keep the

knob pushed for approximately 15

seconds.

After ignition:

1.

Release the knob.

2.

Close the oven door.

WARNING!

Always cook with the oven door

closed.

3.

Turn the knob to the necessary heat

setting.

Oven safety device:

The oven has a thermocouple. It stops the

gas flow, if the flame goes out.

8.4 Turning off the oven burner

To put out the flame, turn the knob to the

off position.

8.5 Using the electric grill

WARNING!

Always cook with the oven door

closed.

WARNING!

We recommend that you do not

use the electric grill for cooking at

the same time as the gas oven.

WARNING!

Accessible parts may be hot when

the grill is in use. Young children

should be kept away.

To deactivate this function, turn the knob

to the off position.

8.6 Grill indicator

The grill indicator (refer to "Product de-

scription") comes on when the grill cook-

ing function is selected. It goes off when

the oven reaches the correct temperature.

It then cycles on and off to show the tem-

perature adjusts.

8.7 Turning off the grill burner

To put out the flame, turn the knob to the

off position.

8.8 Timer - minute minder

Use it to set a countdown time.

1.

Press + to set the countdown time for

the minute minder. The maximum

time you can set is 99 min 50 sec.

2.

When the set time ends, the indicator

flashes and an acoustic signal

sounds. Press a button to stop the

signal.

This function has no effect on the op-

eration of the oven.
