Reason for Rejection:

Parts information on the claim is incorrect, missing, or the parts listed on the claim are not part of the policy. The claim will

also reject If the model or serial number is not specically listed on the policy listed on the claim.

Resolution:

Refer to the policy used for the claim submission and make the necessary correction for the claim to be approved for payment.
